Organic thin film transistor and related composite and device structures comprising an organic dielectric medium comprising, for instance, a non-linear optical chromophoric moiety.

An organic thin film transistor device comprising a multi-layer organic dielectric medium and an organic semiconductor thereon, each layer component of said medium coupled one to another with silicon-oxygen bonds, said medium comprising at least one organic dipolar layer comprising a compound comprising a π-polarizable moiety, said medium cross-linked with a siloxane bond sequence.
