Abstract
An inkjet recording ink comprising water, a pigment dispersed using a polymer having an acid value of at least 50 mg KOH/g but not more than 200 mg KOH/g and a weight-average molecular weight of at least 20,000 but not more than 120,000, along with an alkyl alcohol polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene addition product with 8 to 16 carbon atoms.
Claims7
An inkjet recording ink comprising water, a pigment dispersed using a polymer having an acid value of at least 50 mg KOH/g but not more than 200 mg KOH/g and a weight-average molecular weight of at least 20,000 but not more than 120,000, along with an addition product of polyoxypropylene and polyoxyethylene with an alkyl alcohol having 8 to 16 carbon atoms, wherein an added amount of polyoxypropylene is greater than an added amount of polyoxyethylene, and wherein the polymer is polymerized between at least one acid selected from acrylic acid and methacrylic acid, and at least one component selected from the group consisting of benzyl acrylate, benzyl methacrylate, cyclohexyl acrylate and cyclohexyl methacrylate, wherein the acid is in the amount of 15 wt % or less.
