Abstract
A recording system includes an input unit for inputting moving image data, a memory for accumulating the moving image data input by the input unit, a recording unit for recording the moving image data in a recording medium, and a selection unit for selecting either one of a first recording mode and a second recording mode. In the first recording mode, a predetermined amount of the moving image data is accumulated in the memory, is read out from the memory, and is recorded in the recording medium. In the second recording mode, the moving image data is recorded in the recording medium without being accumulated in the memory.
Claims11
A recording system comprising:
- input means for inputting moving image data;
- a memory for accumulating the moving image data input by the input means;
- recording means for recording the moving image data in a recording medium;
- and
- selection means for selecting either one of a first recording mode and a second recording mode;
- wherein, in the first recording mode, a predetermined amount of the moving image data is accumulated in the memory, is read out from the memory, and is recorded in the recording medium and, in the second recording mode, the moving image data is recorded in the recording medium without being accumulated in the memory, and
- wherein, in an interval recording mode for intermittently recording the moving image data for a predetermined number of frames in the recording medium at predetermined intervals, the selection means selects the second recording mode.
A recording system comprising:
- input means for inputting moving image data;
- a volatile memory for storing the moving image data input by the input means;
- a nonvolatile memory for storing the moving image data input by the input means;
- recording means for recording the moving image data in a recording medium;
- and
- selection means for selecting one of a first recording mode, a second recording mode, and a third recording mode;
- wherein, in the first recording mode, the moving image data is accumulated in the volatile memory, and is read out from the volatile memory for recording on the recording medium,
- wherein, in the second recording mode, the moving image data is recorded in the recording medium without being accumulated in the volatile memory and the nonvolatile memory, and,
- wherein, in the third recording mode, the moving image data is stored in the nonvolatile memory, is read out from the nonvolatile memory for recording on the recording medium.
A recording system comprising:
- input means for inputting moving image data;
- memory for storing the moving image data input by the input means;
- recording means for reading out the moving image data stored in the memory and recording the moving image data in a recording medium;
- and
- selection means for selecting either one of a first recording mode and a second recording mode;
- wherein, in the first recording mode, in a state in which moving image data for M frames is accumulated in the memory, the moving image data for M frames is read out from the memory to be recorded in the recording medium and, in the second recording mode, in a state in which the moving image data for N frames is accumulated in the memory, the moving image data for N frames is read out from the memory to be recorded in the recording medium, and
- wherein, in an interval recording mode for intermittently recording the moving image data for a predetermined number of frames in the recording medium at predetermined intervals, the selection means selects the second recording mode.
A recording method for a recording system comprising a memory for storing input moving image data and recording means for recording the moving image data in a recording medium, the method comprising:
- a selection process step for selecting either one of a first recording mode and a second recording mode,
- wherein, in the first recording mode, a predetermined amount of the moving image data is accumulated in the memory, is read out from the memory, and is recorded in the recording medium and, in the second recording mode, the moving image data is recorded in the recording medium without being accumulated in the memory, and
- wherein, in an interval recording mode for intermittently recording the moving image data for a predetermined number of frames in the recording medium at predetermined intervals, the selection means selects the second recording mode.
A recording method for a recording system comprising a memory for storing input moving image data and recording means for recording the moving image data in a recording medium, the method comprising:
- a selection process step for selecting either one of a first recording mode and a second recording mode,
- wherein, in the first recording mode, in a state in which the moving image data for M frames is accumulated in the memory, the moving image data for M frames is read out from the memory to be recorded in the recording medium and, in the second recording mode, in a state in which the moving image data for N frames is accumulated in the memory, the moving image data for N frames is read out from the memory to be recorded in the recording medium, where M>N, and
- wherein, in an interval recording mode for intermittently recording the moving image data for a predetermined number of frames in the recording medium at predetermined intervals, the selection means selects the second recording mode.
