## Abstract

Disclosed herein are methods and compositions related to compound 1 or compound 2 or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, or prodrugs thereof, which are antagonists of a prostaglandin EP4 receptor, or are prostaglandin EP4 antagonists.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of treating an EP4 receptor mediated condition comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a compound to a mammal in need thereof, wherein said compound has a formula
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and
wherein said EP4 receptor mediated condition is an ocular disease, wherein said ocular disease is glaucoma.

### Claim 2

A method comprising treating glaucoma by administering to a mammal suffering from glaucoma a compound comprising
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
