## Claims

### Claim 1

A photosensitive, photo-patternable, conductive paste for electrode formation, comprising: conductive metal particles, a glass binder, a monomer, a photoinitiator, an organic polymer binder, an organic medium and carbon black, wherein the content of the carbon black is 0.01 to 0.5 wt % based on the total paste weight, wherein the monomer content is 3-10 wt % of the total paste weight and wherein the monomer compound comprises one or more polymerizable ethylene group(s) and a compound containing at least one addition-polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated group, and wherein the glass binder is 1-10% of the weight % of the total paste weight and is composed of:
55-85 wt %
Bi2O3
0-20 wt %
SiO2
0-5 wt %
Al2O3
2-20 wt %
B2O3
0-20 wt %

0-15 wt %
one or more of oxides selected from BaO, CaO, and SrO
0-3 wt %
one or more of oxides selected from Na2O, K2O, Cs2O
and Li2O.

### Claim 2

A photosensitive, photo-patternable, conductive paste for electrode formation, comprising: conductive metal particles, a glass binder, a monomer, a photoinitiator, an organic polymer binder, an organic medium and carbon black, wherein the content of the carbon black is 0.01 to 0.5 wt % based on the total paste weight;
wherein the monomer content is 3-10 wt % of the total paste weight and wherein the monomer comprises one or more polymerizable ethylene group(s) and a compound containing at least one addition-polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated group.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1, 2)
