Abstract
To provide a semiconductor device and a display device which can be manufactured through a simplified process and the manufacturing technique. Another object is to provide a technique by which a pattern of wirings or the like which is partially constitutes a semiconductor device or a display device can be formed with a desired shape with controllability.
Claims15
A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device, comprising:
- forming a plurality of first droplets comprising an organic material on a first straight line with spaces between the first droplets;
- and
- forming a plurality of second droplets comprising the organic material on a second straight line with spaces between the second droplets so as to connect the plurality of first droplets,
- wherein the first and second straight lines are not the same line.
A method for manufacturing a wiring of a semiconductor device, comprising:
- forming a plurality of first droplets comprising an organic material and a metal material on a first straight line with spaces between the first droplets by a droplet discharge method;
- and
- forming a plurality of second droplets comprising the organic material and the metal material on a second straight line with spaces between the second droplets by a droplet discharge method so as to connect the plurality of first droplets,
- wherein the first and second straight lines are not the same line.
A method for manufacturing a wiring of a semiconductor device, comprising:
- forming a plurality of first droplets comprising an organic material and a metal material on a first straight line with spaces between the first droplets by an ink-jet method;
- and
- forming a plurality of second droplets comprising the organic material and the metal material on a second straight line with spaces between the second droplets by an ink-jet method so as to connect the plurality of first droplets,
- wherein the first and second straight lines are not the same line.
