Abstract
The present invention provides a light emitting device comprising a substrate comprising a thin film transistor, a first electrode formed on the substrate and electrically connected to the thin film transistor, a light emitting part formed on the first electrode; a second electrode formed on the light emitting part, and an auxiliary common electrode formed on a partial area of the second electrode, the partial area including a part of a non-emitting area.
Claims9
A light emitting device comprising:
- a substrate comprising a thin film transistor;
- a first electrode formed on the substrate and electrically connected to the thin film transistor;
- a light emitting part formed on the first electrode;
- a second electrode formed on the light emitting part;
- and
- an auxiliary common electrode formed on a partial area of the second electrode, the partial area including a part of a non-emitting area,
- wherein the thickness of the second electrode is less than the thickness of the auxiliary common electrode.
