Abstract
N-Substituted (heteroaryl)cycloalkyl sulfoximines are effective at controlling insects.

A compound of either formulas (I) or (II)
- wherein
- Z represents either O, NR4 or —(CH2)—;
- X represents NO2, CN, COOR2, COR3,
- R1 represents C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl, C3-C6 alkenyl, C3-C6 haloalkenyl or C3-C6 alkynyl;
- R2 represents C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 haloalkyl;
- R3 represents hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl C1-C4 haloalkyl;
- R4 represents hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl;
- n is an integer from 0-3;
- m is an integer from 0-1;
- and
- Y represents halo, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 haloalkoxy, CN, NO2.
A compound of formula (I) or (II) wherein X is NO2 or CN.
A compound of formula (I) or (II) wherein R1 is C1-C4 alkyl.
A compound of formula (I) or (II) wherein Y is halo or trihalomethyl.
A compound of formula (I) or (II) wherein m+n≦3.
A compound of formula (I) or (II) wherein Z is O or —(CH2)—.
A compound of formula (I) in which Z represents —(CH2)—, X represents NO2 or CN, R1 represents C1-C4 alkyl, m+n≦3 and Y represents halo or trihalomethyl.
A compound of formula (II) in which Z represents —(CH2)—, X represents NO2 or CN, R1 represents C1-C4 alkyl, m+n≦3 and Y represents halo or trihalomethyl.
