Abstract
Immunoglobulin chains or antibodies having light or heavy chain complementarity determining regions of antibodies that bind to P-Selectin Glycoprotein Ligand-1. Also disclosed are methods of inducing death of an activated T-cell and of modulating a T cell-mediated immune response in a subject.

An isolated antibody that binds specifically to human P-Selectin Glycoprotein Ligand 1 (PSGL-1), comprising a light chain comprising SEQ ID NOs:
- 1-3 and a heavy chain comprising SEQ ID NOs:
- 4-6.
An isolated antibody that binds specifically to human P-Selectin Glycoprotein Ligand 1 (PSGL-1), wherein the antibody comprises (i) a light chain comprising a variable region having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 25 linked to a human kappa light chain constant region, and (ii) a heavy chain comprising a variable region having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 26 linked to a human IgG4 heavy chain constant region.
An isolated antibody that binds specifically to human P-Selectin Glycoprotein Ligand 1 (PSGL-1), selected from the group consisting of
- (a) an antibody comprising a light chain comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 25;
- (b) an antibody comprising a heavy chain comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 26;
- and
- (c) an antibody comprising a light chain comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 25 and a heavy chain comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 26.
