- wherein:
- Y is N;
- m is 0 or 1;
- s is 0, 1 or 2;
- R2 is halo;
- R3 and R4 each independently is hydrogen or alkyl;
- R8 is hydrogen or alkyl;
- and
- R9 is halo.
