Pyrrolo-pyridine kinase modulators

A method of modulating the activity of a protein kinase comprising contacting said protein kinase with a compound of Formula IV:

• L1 and L2 are bonds;
• A1 is substituted or unsubstituted phenyl;
• A2 is substituted or unsubstituted pyridinyl;
• R1 is halogen, —OR5, —NR6R7, —C(Z)R8, —S(O)wR9, —CN, —NO2, —CF3, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, wherein w is an integer from 0 to 2;
• X1 is —C(R2)═, or —N═;
• R2 is independently hydrogen, halogen, —OR5, —NR6R7, —C(Z)R8, —S(O)wR9, —CN, —NO2, —CF3, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, wherein w is an integer from 0 to 2;
• Z is N(R23), S, or O, wherein R23 is hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl;
• R5 is independently hydrogen, —CF3, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• R6 and R7 are independently hydrogen, —C(O)R10, —S(O)2R11, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• R8 is independently hydrogen, —NR14R15, —OR16, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• R9 is independently hydrogen, —NR17R18, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl
• R10 and R11 are independently hydrogen, —NR12R13, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• R12 and R13 are independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• R14, R15, and R16 are independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
• R17 and R18 are independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;

• wherein R6 and R7, R12 and R13, R14 and R15, and R17 and R18 are independently joined with the nitrogen to which they are attached to form substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, or substituted or unsubstituted 5-membered heteroaryl.
