Abstract
A method of processing a digital image comprising: capturing the image utilizing an adjustable focusing technique; utilizing the focusing settings as an indicator of the position of structures within the image; and processing the image, utilizing the said focus settings to produce effects specific to said focus settings.
Claims4
A method of processing a digital image comprising:
- capturing an image of a scene with a digital camera utilising an adjustable focusing technique of the digital camera to produce the digital image;
- detecting structures within the digital image by processing the digital image with a processor of the digital camera utilising focusing settings of the adjustable focusing technique as an indicator of positions of said structures;
- and
- applying image effects to the detected structures with said processor.
