Abstract
Polypeptides, polynucleotides, methods, compositions, and vaccines comprising influenza hemagglutinin and neuraminidase variants are provided.

An isolated polypeptide selected from the group consisting of:
- a) the polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:19;
- and
- b) a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:53.
An isolated polynucleotide selected from the group consisting of:
- a) a polynucleotide comprising the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:19 or a complementary sequence thereof;
- and
- b) a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:53 , or a complementary polynucleotide thereof.
An immunogenic composition comprising a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:53.
An immunogenic composition comprising a polynucleotide encoding the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:53.
