1,3-diphenylprop-2-en-1-one derivative compounds, preparation method thereof and uses of same

A compound derived from substituted 1,3-diphenylprop-2-en-1-one represented by general formula (I) below:

• in which
• X7 represents a group corresponding to the following formula:
• G7-R7 in which G7 is an oxygen or sulfur atom and R7 is an alkyl chain substitued by a substituent from group 1 or a substituent from group 2, optionally R7 can also be substituted by an aryl group,
• the substituents from group 1 are selected in the group consisting of carboxy groups having the formula:
• —COORa, carbamoyl groups having the formula:
• —CONRbRc or the tetrazolyl group,
• the substituents from group 2 are selected in the group consisting of sulfonic acid (—SO3H) and sulfonamide groups having the formula:
• —SO2NRbRc,
• with Ra, Rb and Rc, which are the same or different, representing a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group substituted or not,
• X2, X4, X6 and X8, which are the same or different, represents alkyl groups,
• X1 and X5 are hydrogen atoms;
• X3 represents a halogen atom or a thionitroso group or correspond to the formula (G3-R3)nG′3-R′3 in which:
• n can have the values 0 or 1
• G3 and G′3, which are the same or different, represent a single bond, an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom,
• R3 and R′3, which are the same or different, represent an alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or heterocycle group,
• R′3 can also represent a hydrogen atom,
• X3 not representing a heterocycle bound directly to the aromatic ring of the 1,3-diphenyl prop-2-en-1-one.
