Abstract
Provided is a process for preparing a compound of formula 1 or its salt, which includes reacting a compound of formula 2 with a compound of formula 3 in the presence of a base.

A process for preparing a compound represented by the following formula 1 or its salt, which comprises reacting a compound represented by the following formula 2 with a compound represented by the following formula 3 in the presence of a base:
- wherein R1 is a hydrogen or an amino protecting group, R2 is methyl, propen-1-yl, or 1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-yl-thiomethyl, and R3 is a hydrogen or a carboxyl protecting group.
A compound represented by the following formula 2:
- wherein R1 is a hydrogen or an amino protecting group.
A process for preparing a compound represented by the following formula 2, which comprises reacting a compound represented by the following formula 4 with dichlorotriphenylphosphorane in the presence of a base:
- wherein R1 is a hydrogen or an amino protecting group, and R4 is hydrogen, sodium, or potassium.
