Abstract
A method of producing an organic pigment dispersion liquid, which has the steps of: providing an alkaline or acidic solution with an organic pigment dissolved therein and an aqueous medium, wherein a polymerizable compound is contained in at least one of the organic pigment solution and the aqueous medium; mixing the organic pigment solution and the aqueous medium; and thereby forming the pigment as fine particles; then polymerizing the polymerizable compound to form a polymer immobile from the pigment fine particles.

A method of producing an organic pigment dispersion liquid, which comprises the steps of:
- providing an alkaline or acidic solution with an organic pigment dissolved therein and an aqueous medium, wherein a polymerizable compound is contained in at least one of the organic pigment solution and the aqueous medium;
- mixing the organic pigment solution and the aqueous medium;
- and thereby
- forming the pigment as fine particles, then
- polymerizing the polymerizable compound to form a polymer immobile from the pigment fine particles.
A method of producing an organic pigment dispersion liquid, which comprises the steps of:
- providing an alkaline or acidic solution with an organic pigment dissolved therein and an aqueous medium, wherein a polymerizable compound is contained in at least one of the organic pigment solution and the aqueous medium;
- mixing the organic pigment solution and the aqueous medium by flowing the organic pigment solution and the aqueous medium into a channel having an equivalent diameter of 1 mm or less to be a continuous liquid flow;
- wherein said solution and said medium are brought into contact with each other;
- and thereby
- forming the pigment as fine particles, then
- polymerizing the polymerizable compound to form a polymer immobile from the pigment fine particles.
A method of producing an organic pigment dispersion liquid, which comprises the steps of:
- providing an alkaline or acidic solution with an organic pigment dissolved therein and an aqueous medium, wherein a polymerizable compound is contained in at least one of the organic pigment solution and the aqueous medium;
- mixing the organic pigment solution and the aqueous medium by flowing the organic pigment solution and the aqueous medium into a channel to be a laminar flow;
- wherein said solution and said medium are brought into contact with each other in the course of the laminar flow for said mixing step;
- and thereby
- forming the pigment as fine particles, then
- polymerizing the polymerizable compound to form a polymer immobile from the pigment fine particles.
