Claims18
A monoclonal antibody (mAb) that binds and neutralizes human Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) as a single agent, wherein said mAb is chimeric, humanized or human and the binding of the mAb to human HGF is inhibited by the L2G7 antibody produced by hybridoma ATCC Number PTA-5162.
A genetically engineered mAb that binds to and neutralizes human HGF as a single agent, wherein the binding of the mAb to human HGF is inhibited by the L2G7 antibody produced by hybridoma ATCC Number PTA-5162.
A mAb that binds and neutralizes human hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) as a single agent, wherein said mAb is chimeric, humanized or human and binds to the epitope recognized by the L2G7 antibody produced by hybridoma ATCC Number PTA-5162.
