Abstract
Yarn intended for making up a cut-resistant and abrasion-resistant textile surface, characterized in that it is obtained by spinning high-tenacity polyamide staple fibers, the tenacity of which is greater than 4.5 cN/dtex and the length of the fibers of which is between 40 and 170 mm.
Claims12
A yarn intended for making up a cut-resistant and abrasion-resistant textile surface, comprising spun high-tenacity polyamide staple fibers, the tenacity of which is greater than 4.5 cN/dtex and the length of the fibers of which is between 40 and 170 mm, wherein the yarn includes polyvinyl alcohol fiber of the HPF (high performance fiber) type, a modulus of which is greater than 10 GPa.
