An isolated antibody which specifically binds to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:2, wherein the antibody blocks interaction of a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 or amino acids 1-155 of SEQ ID NO:2 with the HVEM polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:4.
An isolated antibody produced by the hybridoma Btig5F5.1 (ATCC Accession No. PTA-6302) or hybridoma Btig3B1.9 (ATCC Accession No. PTA-6301).
