Derivatives of 2-(iminomethyl)amino-phenyl, their preparation, their use as medicaments and the pharmaceutical compositions containing them

A compound of the formula

• X is —CO— or —NH—CO—;
• and Y is —NH—Z2—Q— or piperazine, Q is selected from the group consisting of a single bond, O—Z3, R3—N—Z3 and S—Z3, and Z2 and Z3 are independently a bond or alkylene of 1 to 6 carbon atoms and R3 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms;
• B is alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms or carbocyclic or heterocyclic aryl with 5 to 6 members containing 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of O, S and N, the aryl being optionally substituted by at least one member selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkenyl and alkoxy of up to 6 carbon atoms;
• R6 is hydrogen or OH;
• and salts thereof.
