• B is —C≡C— or —CHR3—O—;
• R3 is H or C1-3-alkyl;
• X, Y and Z are C—R4;
• R4 is H or C1-7-alkyl;
• and
• wherein R1 or R2 is selected from the group consisting of
• C1-7-alkyl,
• C1-7-alkoxy-C1-7-alkyl,
• —COOR5, wherein R5 is H or C1-7-alkyl,
• —OR6, wherein R6 is H, C1-7-alkyl, —(CH2)m-cycloalkyl, —(CH2)n—CN, or —(CH2)n—OR7, and R7 is H or C1-7-alkyl, wherein m is 0, 1, 2 or 3 and n is 1, 2 or 3;
• and
• —SR8, wherein R8 is C1-7-alkyl;
• or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
