Abstract
The invention relates to the identification of a new peptide interacting with the anti-apoptotic proteins Bcl-2, Bcl-W and/or Bcl-XL, and also to screening methods allowing identification of modifiers of those interactions.
Claims15
An isolated peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1 which interacts with an anti-apoptotic protein of the Bcl-2 family, wherein the anti-apoptotic protein of the Bcl-2 family is selected from the group consisting of Bcl-2, Bcl-XL and Bcl-W.
