Abstract
A detoxification method includes immersing at least a portion of a patient's body within a reservoir filled with water; generating ions within the water; and simultaneously with the generating ions, irradiating a predetermined area of the therapy subject with light generated by a cold laser. The generated light may be irradiated to the patient as either a continuous beam or a pulsed beam. The ions generated within the water may be positive, negative, or combinations thereof. Further, the light may be irradiated as long as the ions are being generated.
Claims18
A laser ionization detoxification therapy system, comprising:
- a reservoir that holds water;
- an ion generating unit that includes an electrode array in the reservoir that generates ions in the water, wherein the water with the ions is capable of receiving a therapy subject;
- and
- a cold laser unit that produces substantially coherent light that is capable of being irradiated onto the therapy subject,
- wherein the ion generating unit alternately produces positive ions and negative ions.
A laser ionization detoxification therapy system, comprising:
- a reservoir that holds water;
- an ion generating unit that includes an electrode array in the reservoir that generates ions in the water, wherein the water with the ions is capable of receiving a therapy subject;
- and
- a cold laser unit that produces substantially coherent light that is capable of being irradiated onto the therapy subject,
- wherein the laser light has a wavelength between about 630 nm and 640 nm, and
- wherein the ion generating unit produces positive ions.
