Substituted oxazolobenzoisothiazole dioxide derivatives method for production and use thereof

A compound selected from the compounds of formula I

• wherein:
• X is O or C—R2;
• Y is O or C—R2,
• with the case stipulation that when X or Y is O, the other is C—R2;
• R1 is phenyl or thienyl wherein the phenyl and thienyl radicals may be substituted one or more times by a substituent selected from F, Cl, Br, (CH2)0-2OH, (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C2-C6)-alkenyl, (C2-C6)-alkynyl, CF3, OCF3, N(R9)(R10), NO2, CN, O—(C1-C6)-alkyl, S(O)0-2-(C1-C6)-alkyl, SO2-N(R9)(R10), CO—(C1-C6)-alkyl, —COOH, (C1-C6)-alkylene-COOH, COO(C1-C6)-alkyl, (C1-C6)-alkylene-COO(C1-C6)-alkyl, (C3-C10)-cycloalkyl, and phenyl
• R2 is selected from the group consisting of H, F, Cl, Br, and (C1-C6)-alkyl, wherein said (C1-C6)-alkyl may be substituted with a substituent selected from F, Cl, and Br;
• R3 is selected from the group consisting of H, F, Cl, Br, and (C1-C6)-alkyl, wherein said (C1-C6)-alkyl may be substituted with a substituent selected from F, Cl, and Br;
• R4 and R5, independently of one another, are selected from the group consisting of:
• H, F, Cl, Br, and (C1-C6)-alkyl, wherein said (C1-C6)-alkyl may be substituted with a substituent selected from F, Cl and Br;
• R6 and R7, independently of one another, are selected from the group consisting of:
• H, F, Cl, Br, and (C1-C6)-alkyl, or,
• R6 and R7 together form CH2;
• R 8 is selected from H, CH3, CF3 and CH2OH;
• R 9 is selected from H and (C1-C4)-alkyl;
• R 10 is selected from H and (C1-C4)-alkyl;
• or a physiologically tolerated salt thereof.
