Substituted sulfonamide-indoles

A compound having the formula:

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester form thereof,
• wherein:
• X is O;
• and
• R1 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C7-C11 bicycloalkyl, or arylalkyl;
• R2 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl;
• R3 is hydrogen;
• A1 is C6 or C10 aryl or 4 to 10 membered heteroaryl containing 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S;
• and
• A2 is C6 or C10 aryl, or 4 to 10 membered heteroaryl containing 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S;
• wherein said alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, and heteroaryl groups, alone or as part of another group, are optionally substituted with unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl;
• halogen;
• unsubstituted C3-C8 cycloalkyl;
• hydroxyl;
• unsubstituted C1-C6 alkoxy;
• —O—C1-C3 perfluoroalkyl;
• CN;
• unsubstituted amino;
• unsubstituted alkylamino;
• unsubstituted dialkylamino;
• aryl;
• or 4 to 10 membered heteroaryl containing 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S.
