Indanyl-piperazine compounds

A compound selected from those of formula (I):

• wherein:
• R3 represents a hydrogen atom, and R1 and R2 together with the carbon atoms carrying them form a benzene or naphthalene ring structure, each of the ring structures being optionally substituted by one or more identical or different substituents selected from hydrogen, halogen and linear or branched C1-C6alkyl optionally substituted by one or more halogen atoms,
• or R1 represents a hydrogen atom, and R2 and R3 together with the carbon atoms carrying them form a benzene or naphthalene ring structure, each of the ring structures being optionally substituted by one or more identical or different substituents selected from hydrogen, halogen and linear or branched C1-C6alkyl optionally substituted by one or more halogen atoms,
• n represents 1 or 2,
• —X— represents a group selected from —(CH2)m—O-Ak-, —(CH2)m—NR4-Ak-, —(CO)—NR4-Ak- and —(CH2)m—NR4—(CO)—,
• m represents an integer between 1 and 6 inclusive, Ak represents a linear or branched C1-C6alkylene chain optionally substituted by a hydroxy group, and R4 represents a hydrogen atom, or linear or branched C1-C6alkyl group,
• Ar represents aryl or heteroaryl group,
• and its enantiomers, diasteroisomers, and addition salts thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid,
• it being understood that:
• an aryl group means phenyl, biphenylyl or naphthyl, each of those groups being optionally substituted by one or more identical or different groups selected from halogen, linear or branched C1-C6alkyl, linear or branched C1-C6alkoxy, hydroxy, cyano and linear or branched C1-C6trihaloalkyl,
• a heteroaryl group means thienyl or pyridyl, each of those groups being optionally substituted by one or more identical or different groups selected from halogen, linear or branched C1-C6alkyl, linear or branched C1-C6alkoxy, hydroxy and linear or branched C1-C6trihaloalkyl.
