Picolinamine derivatives and their use as fungicides

A compound of the general formula (I):

• in which:
• Y and G together with carbon atoms 3 and 4, form a 5 or 6 member ring selected from the group consisting of the following structures A to F:
• in which:
• each J is independently selected from the group consisting of oxygen and sulphur;
• X is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl and C1-C4 halogenoalkyl;
• K1 and K2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 halogenoalkyl, C1-C4 alkoxyalkyl, C1-C4 alkythioalkyl, —OR1, —SR1, —SOR1, —SO2R1, —NHR3, —NR1 R3 and
• X1 and X2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, —CF3, a cyano group and a nitro group;
• Q1 is selected from the group consisting of —(CH2)q—,
• Q2 is selected from the group consisting of —(O)n—R5, a cyano group,
• R1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 halogenoalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, heterocyclyl, —CH═O, —(C—O)-alkyl and —(C═O)-Oalkyl;
• R2 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 halogenoalkyl and aryl;
• R3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 halogenoalkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, alkenyl, alkynyl, heterocyclyl, —CH═O, —(C═O)-alkyl and —(C═O)-Oalkyl;
• R4 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-C4 alkyl and C1-C4 alkoxyalkyl;
• R5 and R6 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, and C1-C4 halogenoalkyl;
• R7 and R8 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and halogen;
• n is 0 or 1;
• i, j, p, q and t are independently chosen as being 0,1,2,3 or 4;
• r is 0, 1, 2 or 3;
• as well as any optional N-oxides, optical isomers, enantiomers and/or diastereoisomers, tautomeric forms, and salts of the compounds of formula (I) as here-above defined.
