A compound of the structure of Formula IA:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein
- R1 is OH;
- R2 is selected from the group consisting of —C(═O)—COR4, —C(X)n—COR4 and
- wherein
- X is a halogen;
- n is 2;
- R4 is selected from the group consisting of O-alkyl, NH2 and OH;
- and
- R7 and R8 are each selected from the group consisting of H and COOR9, wherein R9 is alkyl;
- and
- R3 selected from the group consisting of H or OH.
