A thin film transistor array panel comprising:
- a gate line;
- a data line intersecting the gate line;
- a thin film transistor connected to the gate line and the data line;
- a pixel electrode connected to the thin film transistor;
- and
- a shielding electrode electrically isolated from the data line, covering the data line at least in part, and having an aperture exposing the data line, wherein the shielding electrode is formed not to overlap with the pixel electrode, and is formed on a different substrate from a common electrode.
A thin film transistor array panel comprising:
- a gate line;
- a data line intersecting the gate line;
- a thin film transistor connected to the gate line and the data line;
- a pixel electrode connected to the thin film transistor;
- and
- a shielding electrode electrically isolated from the data line, covering the data line at least in part, and having an aperture exposing the data line, wherein the shielding electrode overlaps the gate line at least in part, and comprises a portion extending along the gate line and narrower than the gate line, and is formed not to overlap with the pixel electrode.
A thin film transistor array panel comprising:
- a gate line;
- a data line intersecting the gate line;
- a thin film transistor connected to the gate line and the data line;
- a pixel electrode connected to the thin film transistor;
- and
- a shielding electrode electrically isolated from the data line, covering the data line at least in part, and having an aperture exposing the data line, wherein the aperture does not overlap with the pixel electrode, and the shielding electrode is formed on a different substrate from a common electrode.
A thin film transistor array panel comprising:
- a gate line;
- a data line intersecting the gate line;
