Abstract
The present invention relates to an integrated circuit carrier. The integrated circuit carrier includes a receiving plate to which an integrated circuit can be mounted and a plurality of electrical connection islands surrounding the receiving plate. A plurality of resilient interconnection arms is also provided which each interconnect either: adjacent electrical connection islands, or an electrical connection island and the receiving plate.
Claims8
An integrated circuit carrier including:
- a receiving plate to which an integrated circuit can be mounted;
- a plurality of electrical connection islands surrounding the receiving plate;
- and
- a plurality of resilient interconnection armseaeh, some of the interconnection arms interconnecting adjacent electrical connection islands, and other of the interconnection arms interconnecting an electrical connection island and the receiving plate.
