Nitroderivatives of cardiovascular agents

Compounds or their salts having the following general formula (I):

• A-B-Tc-Y—NO2 (I)
• wherein:
• A=R-T1-, wherein
• R is the radical of a drug having formula R-T1-H or R-T1-OH selected from the group of cardiovascular drugs consisting of:
• ACE-inhibitors:
• captopril, enalapril, lisinopril, losartan and ramipril;
• beta blockers:
• alprenolol, atenolol, bupranolol, labetalol, metipranolol, metoprolol, pindolol, propanolol, timolol;
• antithrombotic and vasoactive drugs:
• argatroban, clopidogrel, dipyridamole, iloprost, ozagrel, triflusal;
• antidiabetic drugs:
• nicotinamide, tolrestat;
• T1=(CO) or X wherein:
• X=O, S, N, NR1C
• wherein R1C is H or a linear or branched C1-C5 alkyl,
• B=-TB-X2-TBI- wherein
• TB and TBI are equal or different, are
• TB=(CO) when T1 is X, TB=X when T1 is (CO), X being as above defined;
• TBI=(CO) or X, X being as above defined;
• X2 is a bivalent bridging group between TB and TB1, wherein -TB-X2-TBI- is selected from:
• TC=(CO) when TB1 is X, or
• TC=X when TB1 is (CO), X being as above defined;
• Y is Y0=an alkylenoxy group R′O wherein R′ is linear or branched C1-C20 alkyl.
