A capacitor contained within an integrated circuit comprising:
- a bottom plate of said capacitor;
- a dielectric coupled to said bottom plate;
- and
- a top plate coupled to said dielectric, said top plate having ferromagnetic material;
- wherein said dielectric is a portion of an etch stop layer of a Back-End-Of-Line structure of said integrated circuit.
