The present invention relates to human secreted polypeptides, and isolated nucleic acid molecules encoding the polypeptides, useful for diagnosing and treating diseases, disorders, and/or conditions related to the human secreted proteins. Antibodies that bind these polypeptides are also encompassed by the present invention. Also encompassed by the invention are vectors, host cells, and recombinant and synthetic methods for producing the polynucleotides, polypeptides, and/or antibodies. The invention further encompasses screening methods for identifying agonists and antagonists of polynucleotides and polypeptides of the invention. The present invention further encompasses methods and compositions for inhibiting or enhancing the production and function of the polypeptides of the present invention.
An isolated polypeptide comprising amino acid residues 20 to 283 of SEQ ID NO:5761.
An isolated polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of the secreted portion of the polypeptide encoded by the HDPPA04 cDNA contained in American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) Deposit No. PTA-867.
An isolated first polypeptide at least 90% identical to a second polypeptide comprising amino acid residues 20 to 283 of SEQ ID NO:5761, wherein said first polypeptide generates an antibody the specifically binds the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:5761.
An isolated first polypeptide at least 90% identical to a second polypeptide comprising amino acid residues 10 to 283 of SEQ ID NO:5761, wherein said first polypeptide generates an antibody the specifically binds the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:5761.
An isolated first polypeptide at least 90% identical to a second polypeptide comprising the secreted portion of the polypeptide encoded by the HDPPA04 cDNA contained in ATCC Deposit No. PTA-867 wherein said first polypeptide generates an antibody that specifically binds the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:5761.
An isolated first polypeptide at least 90% identical to a second polypeptide comprising the complete polypeptide encoded by the HDPPA04 cDNA contained in ATCC Deposit No. PTA-867, wherein said first polypeptide generates an antibody that specifically binds the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:5761.
An isolated first polypeptide at least 50 contiguous amino acid residues of amino acid residues 1 to 283 of SEQ ID NO:5761, wherein said first polypeptide generates an antibody that specifically binds the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:5761.
An isolated first polypeptide at least 50 contiguous amino acid residues of the complete polypeptide comprising the complete polypeptide encoded by the HDPPA04 cDNA contained in ATCC Deposit No. PTA-867, wherein said first polypeptide generates an antibody that specifically binds the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:5761.
