Abstract
A method of industrially advantageously producing a cyclopropane monoacetal derivative represented by the formula (III) conveniently and also in a fewer steps by reacting a halogenated unsaturated carbonyl compound represented by the formula (II) with an alcoholate. wherein each symbol is as defined in the specification.
Claims6
A method of producing a cyclopropane monoacetal derivative represented by the formula (III)
- wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a saturated hydrocarbon group optionally having substituent(s), an aryl group optionally having substituent(s), an alkenyl group or an aralkyl group, R8 represents a saturated hydrocarbon group optionally having substituent(s), an aryl group optionally having substituent(s) or an aralkyl group, and R9 represents a saturated hydrocarbon group optionally having substituent(s), an aryl group optionally having substituent(s) or an aralkyl group, which comprises reacting a halogenated unsaturated carbonyl compound represented by the formula (II)
- wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R8 represent as defined above, and X represents a halogen atom, with an alcoholate.
A halogenated unsaturated carbonyl compound represented by the formula (II):
- wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a saturated hydrocarbon group optionally having substituent(s), an aryl group optionally having substituent(s), an alkenyl group or an aralkyl group, R8 represents a saturated hydrocarbon group optionally having substituent(s), an aryl group optionally having substituent(s) or an aralkyl group, and X represents a halogen atom.
