Disk recording and/or reproducing device apparatus including a pair of transport rollers, with at least one fixed transport roller

A disk recording and/or reproducing apparatus comprising:

• a plurality of transport rollers for holding a disk-shaped recording medium by supporting outer peripheral edges of said disk-shaped recording medium, said plurality of transport rollers including at least two rotatable first transport rollers, and a second transport roller movable in at least one direction but fixed not to rotate;
• drive means for rotating said at least two first transport rollers of said plurality of transport rollers;
• and
• a support lever for supporting part of an outer peripheral edge of said disk-shaped recording medium and that can transport said disk-shaped recording medium in cooperation with said at least two first transport rollers and said second transport roller, wherein said at least two first transport rollers are located in a direction in which said disk-shaped recording medium is transported, and said drive means rotates said at least two first transport rollers to rotate said disk-shaped recording medium by rotation force against said second transport roller, said support lever supports and transports said recording medium to said disk loading portion for recording and/or reproducing information or said support lever supplies said disk-shaped recording medium existing on said disk loading portion to said pair of transport rollers by pressing said disk-shaped recording medium.
