Abstract
Compounds of formula I wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are as defined herein, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates or solvates thereof, are useful for the modulation of CCR5 chemokine receptor activity.

A compound according to formula (I):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein
- R1 is
- R2 is optionally substituted C1-10 alkyl, optionally substituted C2-10 alkenyl, optionally substituted C2-10 alkynyl, optionally substituted C6-12 aryl or optionally substituted 3 to 10 membered heterocycle;
- R3 is H, optionally substituted C1-10 alkyl, optionally substituted C2-10 alkenyl, optionally substituted C2-10 alkynyl, or optionally substituted C6-12 aryl;
- R4 and R5 are each independently H, optionally substituted C1-10 alkyl, optionally substituted C2-10 alkenyl, optionally substituted C2-10 alkynyl, optionally substituted C6-12 aryl, optionally substituted 3 to 10 membered heterocycle, optionally substituted C6-12 aralkyl or optionally substituted 3 to 10 membered heteroaralkyl;
- R6 and R″6 are each independently H, optionally substituted C1-10 alkyl, optionally substituted C2-10 alkenyl, or optionally substituted C2-10 alkynyl, and
- R7 is H, optionally substituted C10 alkyl, optionally substituted C2-10 alkenyl, optionally substituted C2-10 alkynyl, optionally substituted C6-12 aryl, optionally substituted 3 to 10 membered heterocycle, optionally substituted C6-12 aralkyl or optionally substituted 3 to 10 membered heteroaralkyl, or
- R″6 and R7 can be taken together to form an optionally substituted 3 to 10 membered heterocycle.
