Abstract

Bispecific single chain antibody molecules are disclosed which may be used to advantage to treat various forms of cancer associated with the overexpression of members of the EGFR protein family.

Dependent claims

A composition comprising an antibody that binds to HER3, wherein said antibody comprises a heavy chain variable (VH) domain comprising the 3 VH CDRs in SEQ ID NO:6 (antibody Her3.B12) and a light chain variable (VL) domain comprising the 3 VL CDRs in SEQ ID NO:6 (antibody Her3.B12).
