Fixing unit with heat-resisting resin base member and image forming toner for use in the fixing unit

A belt fixing device, comprising:

• a fixing roller;
• a heating roller configured to be heated by a heating source;
• a fixing belt including a base member having a thickness of 90 [2m or less and disposed around the fixing roller and the heating roller by a tensile force of 0.49 N/mm or less;
• and
• a pressing roller disposed in contact with the fixing roller and configured to form a nip having the fixing belt intervening there between.

An image forming apparatus, comprising:

• a development unit;
• a transfer unit;
• and
• a fixing unit which includes,
• a heating roller configured to be heated by a heating source,
• a belt supporting member,
• a fixing belt including a base member having a thickness of 90 μm or less and disposed around the fixing roller and the belt supporting member by a tensile force of 0.49 N/mm or less, and
• a pressing roller disposed in contact with the belt supporting member and configured to form a nip having the fixing belt intervening there between.

An image forming apparatus, comprising:

• a development unit;
• a transfer unit;
• and
• a fixing unit which includes,
• a heating roller configured to be heated by a heating source,
• a fixing roller,
• a fixing belt including a base member having a thickness of 90 μm or less and disposed around the heating roller and the fixing roller by a tensile force of 0.49 N/mm or less, and
• a pressing roller disposed in contact with the fixing roller and configured to form a nip having the fixing belt intervening there between.
