A compound of the formula:
- wherein
- R1 and R2, are each, independently, H, halogen, CN, phenyl, or lower alkyl;
- R3, R4, R5 and R6, are each independently, H, OH, halogen, CN, phenyl, lower alkyl, or lower alkoxy;
- R8 is H;
- and
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a prodrug thereof.

- a compound of the formula:
- wherein
