A quick-change two-piece watchband for attachment to a watchcasing, comprising:
- a watchcasing having a first watchcasing pin at a first end thereof and having a second watchcasing pin at a second opposite end thereof;
- a first piece of said two-piece watchband having a first clip member hingedly attached at an extreme end of said first piece of said two-piece watchband to be directly attached to said first watchcasing pin and having an associated first slideable ring member positioned over said first piece of said two-piece watchband, the first clip member being adapted to be guided behind said first watchcasing pin and then rotated, with respect to said first piece of said two-piece watchband, in a reverse direction to a closed position overlying said first piece of said two-piece watchband, the first ring member being adapted to be slid over said first clip member when said first clip member is in said closed position;
- and
- a second piece of said two-piece watchband having a second clip member hingedly attached at an extreme end of said second piece of said two-piece watchband to be directly attached to said second watchcasing pin and having an associated second slideable ring member positioned over said second piece of said two-piece watchband, the second clip member being adapted to be guided behind said second watchcasing pin and then rotated, with respect to said second piece of said two-piece watchband, in said reverse direction to a closed position overlying said second piece of said two-piece watchband, the second ring member being adapted to be slid over said second clip member when said second clip member is in said closed position.

- providing a watchcasing having a first watchcasing pin at a first end thereof and having a second watchcasing pin at a second end thereof;
- providing a first piece of said two-piece watchband, said first piece of said two-piece watchband having a first clip member hingedly attached at an extreme end of said first piece of said two-piece watchband to be directly attached to said first watchcasing pin and having an associated first slideable ring member positioned over said first piece of said two-piece watchband;
- guiding said first clip member behind said first watchcasing pin;
- rotating said first clip member, with respect to said first piece of said two-piece watchband, in a reverse direction to a closed position overlying said first piece of said two-pieces watchband;
- sliding said first ring member over said first clip member when said first clip member is in said closed position to secure said first clip member in said closed position;
- providing a second piece of said two-piece watchband, said second piece of said two-piece watchband having a second clip member hingedly attached at an extreme end of said second piece of said two-piece watchband to be directly attached to said second watchcasing pin and having an associated second slideable ring member positioned over said second piece of said two-piece watchband;
- guiding said second clip member behind said second watchcasing pin;
- rotating said second clip member, with respect to said second piece of said two-piece watchband, in said reverse direction to a closed position overlying said second piece of said two-piece watchband;
- and
- sliding said second ring member over said second clip member when said second clip member is in said closed position to secure said second clip member in said closed position.
