Abstract
A semiconductor device includes a three or more-stage semiconductor charge pump. The capacitance of a pumping capacitor that increases and decreases the potential of a final-stage node on the output side is larger than that of a pumping capacitor that increases and decreases the potential of another-stage node.

A semiconductor device comprising a three or more-stage semiconductor charge pump, wherein capacitance of a pumping capacitor that increases the absolute value of a potential of a final-stage node on an output side is larger than that of a pumping capacitor that increases the absolute value of a potential of another-stage node,
- wherein the pumping capacitor that increases the absolute value of the potential of the final-stage node includes two capacitors connected in parallel, and the capacitance thereof is two or more times as large as that of the pumping capacitor that increases the absolute value of the potential of said another-stage node.
