The invention provides human high affinity choline transporter polynucleotides and polypeptides and compositions comprising human high affinity choline transporter polynucleotides and polypeptides.
Claims2
A composition comprising an isolated high affinity choline transporter protein that has the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 2, a polypeptide consisting of at least about six contiguous amino acids of the choline acetyltransferase polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:
- 4, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A composition comprising an isolated polypeptide that consists of about at least 100 contiguous amino acids of a high affinity choline transporter as shown is SEQ ID NO:
- 2, a polypeptide consisting of at least about six contiguous amino acids of the choline acetyltransferase polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:
- 4, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
