Abstract
The present invention is directed to novel polypeptides and to nucleic acid molecules encoding those polypeptides. Also provided herein are vectors and host cells comprising those nucleic acid sequences, chimeric polypeptide molecules comprising the polypeptides of the present invention fused to heterologous polypeptide sequences, antibodies which bind to the polypeptides of the present invention and to methods for producing the polypeptides of the present invention.
Claims8
An isolated polypeptide having at least 95% amino acid sequence identity to:
- (a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 12 (SEQ ID NO:12);
- (b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 12 (SEQ ID NO:12), lacking its associated signal peptide;
- or
- (c) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-202;
- wherein the polypeptide having at least 95% homology to the polypeptide of (a)-(c) binds to IL-17E.
An isolated polypeptide comprising:
- (a) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 12 (SEQ ID NO:12);
- (b) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide shown in FIG. 12 (SEQ ID NO:12), lacking its associated signal peptide;
- or
- (c) the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide encoded by the full-length coding sequence of the cDNA deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-202;
- wherein the polypeptide of (a)-(c) binds to IL-17E.
