Performance data transmission controlling apparatus, and electronic musical instrument capable of acquiring performance data

An electronic musical apparatus, comprising:

• a memory having a temporary storage area that temporarily stores a performance data for a listening trial;
• a first receiving device that receives a setting instruction for setting the electronic musical apparatus to a listening trial mode and for setting the electronic musical apparatus to prohibit an operation of outputting a performance data for a listening trial from the temporary storage area to an external device and an operation of writing any data into the temporary storage area from an external device;
• a recording device that receives a performance data for a listening trial from the external device and records the received performance data for a listening trial into the temporary storage area;
• a setting/canceling device that sets the electronic musical apparatus to prohibit an operation of outputting the performance data for a listening trial to other external device and to prohibit an operation of writing any data into the temporary storage area in accordance with the setting instructions;
• and
• a deleting device that deletes the received performance data for a listening trial in the temporary storage area when a listening trial mode is canceled;
• wherein the first receiving device is configured for receiving a canceling instruction for canceling the listening trial mode and for canceling the prohibition of the operations of outputting and writing;
• and
• wherein the setting/canceling device is configured for canceling the prohibition of the operations of outputting and writing in accordance with the canceling instruction.

An electronic musical apparatus comprising:

• a display that displays a window for a listening trial;
• a memory having a temporary storage area that temporarily stores a performance data for a listening trial;
• a first receiving device that receives a setting instruction for setting the electronic musical apparatus to a listening trial mode and for setting the external device to display a window for a listening trial mode on the display and to prohibit changing the switching the window to other windows from an external device;
• a recording device that receives a performance data for a listening trial from the external device and records the received performance data for a listening trial into the temporary storage area;
• a setting/canceling device that sets the electronic musical apparatus to display a window for a listening trial mode on the display and to prohibit switching the window to other windows in accordance with the setting instruction;
• and
• a deleting device that deletes the received performance data for a listening trial in the temporary storage area when a listening trial mode is canceled;
• wherein the first receiving device is configured for receiving a canceling instruction for canceling the listening trial mode and for canceling the prohibition of the switching the window;
• and
• wherein the setting/canceling device is configured for canceling the prohibition of switching the window in accordance with the canceling instruction.
