Abstract
The present invention relates to compounds having the formula, wherein, Q is optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl, R1 is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl, and R2, R3, R4 and R5 are hydrogen or optional substituents as defined in the specification.
Claims17
A compound having the formula (I),
- wherein:
- Q is aryl or heteroaryl, wherein said aryl or heteroaryl is optionally substituted with 0 to 2 R6, 0 to 2 R7, and 0 to 1 R8;
- R1 is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl;
- R2 and R4 are independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, halogen, cyano, nitro, amino, alkylamino, hydroxy, alkoxy, substituted alkoxy, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, heterocyclo, substituted heterocyclo, heteroaryl, and substituted heteroaryl;
- R3 and R5 are selected from hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, heterocyclo, substituted heterocyclo, heteroaryl, and substituted heteroaryl;
- R6, R7 and R8 are at each occurrence independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, halogen, cyano, nitro, —OR9, —SR9, —S(═O)R11, —S(═O)2R11, —P(═O)2R10, —S(═O)2OR11, —P(═O)2OR10, —NR9R10, —NR9S(═O)2R11, —NR9P(═O)2R10, —S(═O)2NR9R10, —P(═O)2NR9R10, —C(═O)OR9, —C(═O)R9, —C(═O)NR9R10, —OC(═O)R9, —OC(═O)NR9R10, —NR9C(═O)OR10, —NR12C(═O)NR9R10, —NR12S(═O)2NR9R10, —NR12P(═O)2NR9R10, —NR9C(═O)R10, —NR9P(═O)2R10, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, heterocyclo, substituted heterocyclo, heteroaryl, and substituted heteroaryl;
- R9, R10, and R12 are independently at each occurrence selected from hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, heterocycle, substituted heterocycle, aryl, substituted aryl, heteroaryl and substituted heteroaryl, or alternatively, R9 and R10 when attached to the same nitrogen atom as in —NR9R10 can be taken together to form a heterocyclo, heteroaryl, substituted heterocyclo, or substituted heteroaryl;
- R11 is selected from alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, heterocycle, substituted heterocycle, aryl, substituted aryl, heteroaryl and substituted heteroaryl;
- or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof.
