The method of making a diagnostic kit comprising placing in a container a diagnostic agent, wherein said diagnostic agent comprises SEQ ID NO:
- 8 or consists of a fragment of SEQ ID NO:
- 8, wherein said fragment consists of at least 11 consecutive amino acid residues of SEQ ID NO:
- 8 and wherein the diagnostic agent binds human IgE antibodies and thereby detects an allergy.
