Abstract
A ventilation interface and system is described which can be adapted to be connected to a source of ventilation. The ventilation interface and system may include variable exhaust ports. The ventilation interface system may optionally include feed tubes, y-connector, tube holder, and headgear.

An adjustable slide interface comprising:
- a substantially rectangular slide configured to be attachable to a nasal cannula with at least one flow velocity opening including a flow velocity cut out;
- wherein when the substantially rectangular slide is moved laterally at least one flow velocity opening passes over the flow velocity cut out.
