Methods and compositions for wellbore treating fluids, especially cementitious compositions that include interground cement clinker and zeolite, with and without gypsum.

A process of performing a cementing operation in a subterranean zone, comprising:
- placing a gypsum-free cementitious composition into the subterranean zone, the gypsum-free cementitious composition comprising:
- a carrier fluid, and
- a base grind comprising cement clinker interground with zeolite;
- and
- allowing the cementitious composition to set therein.
