Sealing member, toner accommodating container and image forming apparatus

A toner supply container detachably mountable to an image forming apparatus, said toner supply container comprising:

• a container body having a toner containable inner space, said container body being rotatable about a rotation axis;
• a feeding portion for feeding the toner in said container body with rotation of said container body to discharge the toner from said container body;
• and
• a multifunction coupling member including:
• an engageable portion which is displaceable substantially radially outwardly to establish a hooking engagement with a hole formed in a hollow cylindrical member provided in the image forming apparatus by a relative movement between the cylindrical member and said multifunction coupling member in a direction so as to cause an overlapping relationship therebetween;
• an opening force receiving portion for receiving an opening force substantially in a direction parallel with the rotation axis to open said container to permit discharge of the toner from said container body;
• a feeding force receiving portion for receiving a feeding force substantially in a circumferential direction of rotation about the rotation axis to rotate said container body;
• and
• a displacing force receiving portion for receiving, from said image forming apparatus, a displacing force for displacing said engageable portion substantially radially inwardly to permit a relative movement between said cylindrical member and said multifunction coupling member in a direction opposite to the direction so as to cause the overlapping relationship.
