Image forming apparatus, image forming method and computer-readable storage medium having an image forming program

An image forming apparatus comprising:

• means for achieving an image forming method comprising:
• an image input function, to which stereo images including control points or orienting points overlapped with one another are inputted;
• a storage function for previously storing ground coordinate values of control points or orienting points;
• and
• a determining function for determining, based on the stereo images formed by said image input function, a necessity of re-photographing and a necessity of changing a photographing position, a control point or an orienting point position;
• wherein an ortho-image is formed from stereo images inputted by said image input function based on image coordinate values or photographic coordinate values and said ground coordinate values of the control points or the orienting points.

A computer-readable storage medium having an image forming program for achieving an image forming method, said image forming method comprising:

• an image input function, to which stereo images including control points or orienting points overlapped with one another are inputted;
• a storage function for previously storing ground coordinate values of control points or orienting points;
• and
• a determining function for determining, based on the stereo images formed by said image input function, a necessity of re-photographing and a necessity of changing a photographing position, a control point or an orienting point position;
• wherein an ortho-image is formed from stereo images inputted by said image input function based on image coordinate values or photographic coordinate values and said ground coordinate values of the control points or the orienting points.

An image forming apparatus adapted for carrying out an image forming method, said image forming method comprising:

• an image input function, to which stereo images including control points or orienting points overlapped with one another are inputted;
• a storage function for previously storing ground coordinate values of control points or orienting points;
• and
• a determining function for determining, based on the stereo images formed by said image input function, a necessity of re-photographing and a necessity of changing a photographing position, a control point or an orienting point position;
• wherein an ortho-image is formed from stereo images inputted by said image input function based on image coordinate values or photographic coordinate values and said ground coordinate values of the control points or the orienting points.

An image forming apparatus for image formation, said image forming apparatus comprising:

• an image input section, to which stereo images including control points or orienting points overlapped with one another are inputted;
• a storage section to store ground coordinate values of control points or orienting points;
• and
• a determining section adapted to determine, based on the stereo images formed by said image input section, a necessity of re-photographing and a necessity of changing a photographing position, a control point or an orienting point position;
• wherein an ortho-image can be formed from stereo images inputted by said image input section based on image coordinate values or photographic coordinate values and said ground coordinate values of the control points or the orienting points.

An image forming method comprising:

• inputting stereo images including control points or orienting points overlapped with one another to an image input apparatus;
• storing ground coordinate values of control points or orienting points in a storage apparatus;
• and
• determining, based on the inputted stereo images, a necessity of re-photographing and a necessity of changing a photographing position, a control point or an orienting point position;
• wherein an ortho-image is formed from stereo images inputted by said inputting based on image coordinate values or photographic coordinate values and said ground coordinate values of the control points or the orienting points.
